Essential Oils for Stress Relief
Essential oils can be very beneficial in helping you deal with stress, anxiety, worry and a restless mind.
I mention 7 especially helpful ones and how they work in this post: 7 Best Essential Oils for Stress Relief.
Here are some links to essential oils I like. They are all readily available at Amazon:

One of the easiest ways to use essential oils is to use them with an inhaler. That way you can have them with you all the time, and use them in areas where a diffuser wouldn’t necessarily work very well, for example, in the workplace where some people may be very sensitive to scents and fragrances.
This is a great set of 6 inhalers that are reusable and that you can change the essential oils in as needed by changing the included wicks.
If you are in a space where a diffuser would be appropriate this is a good one that we use: Bamboo Essential Oil Diffuser
There are many different styles of diffusers including ones that work with Alexa.
If you prefer a personal diffuser, this pendant and similar ones that are available will work great.
Best Books for Stress Relief & Feeling Better
One of my favorite self-help books of all time is the book by Dale Carnegie, Stop Worrying & Start Living It was written back in 1936, but is still SO practical and helpful even today. I can’t recommend this book enough. It is down to earth and can help anyone get a grip on their worry and start to live a happier and more positive life.
A very practical and helpful book for reducing your stress is Kill Stress Before it Kills You This is another very user-friendly and practical book that will help you root out the causes of your stress and deal with that stress, worry, and anxiety appropriately.
To keep your thoughts on a positive track check out Florence Scovel Shinn’s The Game of Life and How to Play It or better yet grab her 4 book compendium The Wisdom of Florence Scovel Shinn. Ms. Shinn wrote these books back in the 1930s, but they are on point for today as well. It’s not just about being a Pollyanna and having that kind of positive thinking. There’s much more to it and Ms. Shinn will show you how, by guarding your thoughts and your words, you can totally change your life for the better.
